Zhifang Machinery's standardized production workshop is the core manufacturing base for our full series of industrial winches, rail trolleys and marine hauling equipment, integrating cutting, machining, welding, assembly, inspection and finished product storage in one streamlined production zone.
Covering a spacious standardized factory area, the workshop is laid out with scientific zoning: raw material cutting area, precision CNC machining workshop, automatic welding station, assembly line, professional performance testing area and finished goods warehouse. We are equipped with complete sets of advanced manufacturing equipment including CNC lathes, plasma cutting machines, automatic welding robots, vertical machining centers and dedicated load test benches, enabling independent full-process production from steel blanking to finished product delivery without outsourcing key processing links.
Strict 6S site management is implemented throughout the workshop. Production procedures follow unified technical specifications and quality control standards. Every component undergoes dimensional inspection, surface treatment and load safety testing before assembly; finished products must pass full-load operation detection to meet CCS marine certification and international mechanical safety norms.

Finished electric winches, slipway winches and rail transfer carts manufactured by Zhifang Machinery will go through standardized finished product inspection, packaging and full delivery procedures before shipment to global customers.
After passing final load testing and quality verification, all equipment is cleaned, protected with anti-rust coating and wrapped with waterproof plastic film; vulnerable components are packed with shockproof wooden cases to avoid damage during long-distance sea and land transportation. Our logistics team classifies goods based on order destinations for Russia, South Korea, Turkey, Peru, Maldives and other overseas markets, and arranges delivery flexibly by full container load (FCL) or less container load (LCL) according to order quantity.
We have stable cooperation with professional freight forwarders, who provide one-stop logistics services including container loading, customs declaration, port delivery and cargo tracking. When loading winches and transfer carts into containers, our workers use professional lifting tools and fixed fasteners to secure heavy equipment firmly, preventing shifting or collision during transit.
