Electrical Assembly Comprehensive Testing All electrical control assemblies are completed in our exclusive electrical assembly workshops. Full-cycle Document Traceability Management Inspectors compile standardized, detailed inspection reports after finishing each production stage. Finished Product Final Performance Validation Before leaving the factory, all assembled sluice winches must pass strict off-line acceptance tests. We carry out rated load bearing tests, long-cycle continuous operation simulations, gate lifting and lowering stroke calibration, as well as emergency stop function verification to confirm stable performance under actual engineering working conditions.
