These heavy‑duty winches are tailor‑built to meet the client's strict requirements for high lifting height and stable pulling performance, mainly applied for lifting and hauling operations in mining and heavy engineering sites. Before shipment, our engineering and quality control teams completed a full range of inspections and no‑load commissioning. Key assemblies including the wire rope drum, brake system, driving motor, gear transmission unit and base frame were checked one by one to guarantee reliable braking, smooth running and long service life under tough field working conditions.
Since the order was confirmed, our production, technical and QC departments have closely coordinated every production stage, from raw material cutting, welding, machining, assembly to final testing. All manufacturing procedures followed our internal quality standards to ensure on‑time delivery without compromising product quality.
