The KPD series low‑voltage rail‑powered transfer cart is a classic heavy‑duty material‑handling solution for intra‑factory transportation. Power is supplied through ground rails, stepping down high‑voltage industrial current into safe low‑voltage power to drive the travelling wheels. This design delivers stable power supply, large carrying capacity and outstanding anti‑interference performance, well‑suited for frequent shuttle transportation of steel workpieces, mechanical assemblies and heavy components across workshops.
Each of these two finished units is rated at 10‑ton load capacity. The vehicle frame adopts thickened welded steel structure to guarantee structural rigidity under full‑load working conditions. The running wheels are specially treated for rail travel, realizing stable starting, smooth travelling and reliable braking performance. The cart platform is equipped with anti‑wear wooden protective padding, which can effectively prevent scratches and impact damage to cargo during transportation. Every unit has passed strict factory acceptance tests including full‑load simulation test, travelling speed adjustment, brake performance check and electrical safety inspection before shipment, to ensure stable and trouble‑free operation after arriving at the destination plant.
This batch of transfer cars will be transported by flat‑bed truck to serve the customer's factory workshop.
