Description
1. Widely used to drive a variety of drum brake and disc brake,also can be used in various industrial valves,gate,directional swing and rotation(<90°)drive control device and clamping device.
2. Manufactured according to the original German EMG company.With DIN15430 and JB/T10603-2006.
3. Can through set up an additional device (such as rise limit switch, down limit switch, rise or drop valve, brake spring, reset spring, buffer spring, heater) to achieve additional functions.
Use Conditions
1. Environment temperature：-20℃ to 50℃ with the DB-25 hydraulic oil,below-20℃ in YH-10 aviation hydraulic oil,don't install the heater;You can use the db-25 hydraulic oil,need to install heater.
2. Use site altitude in accordance with GB755-2008.
3. Work environment has no flammable,explosive and corrosive gases.You should use explosion-proof or anti-corrosion products.
4. Motor Grade: F;IP class: IP65.
5. Cable：wire section up to 4 × 25mm2.
6. 50HZ,380V three-phase AC power supply.(the company can provide different frequency,different voltage products)
7. Working Class：S1;S3-60%.
Installation
1. Vertical installation：piston rod, connecting rod upward.
2. Horizontal and middle arbitrary position installation: junction box upward. As shown below.
3. All push rod, push rod can be arbitrary rotation angle.The mounting base of Ed50-Ed301 can make 90 DEG rotation. Also can provide the base for 90° rotation of Ed23 and Ed30, but the driver installation height size A increased 8mm.
4.Regardless of the type of installation,the piston rod can not bear radial force,so as not to affect the use effect and the life.
