Application And Main Features

4. Main swing hinge mounting self-lubricating bearings, high transmission efficiency, no need of lubrication in the use process.
5. Brake spring is arranged in the spring tube, and a torque rod.The braking torque of visual display, convenient adjustment.
6. Card insert type brake pad: asbestos free, safe and reliable, convenient and quick.
7. Interlocking type back distance device: using the process remains the pad back distance of both sides equal, avoid retreat from one side of the brake pad are not attach the brake wheel.
8. By pushing device is rising or falling valve valve, the brake delay opening or closing gates.
9. Can be realized through the following additional features add brake attachment.
10. Automatic compensation device: liner wear can realize the brake pad wear, stepless automatic compensating brake shoe return distance and braking torque.
11. Open or closed gate display switch: can realize brake whether or interlock protection signal of normal opening or closing the gate.
12. Liner wear limit switch: can realize the brake pad wear to signal limit the display or interlock protection.
13. Manual releasing device: the device is in the non working state, the brake open(to overhaul).
Use Conditions
1. Environment temperature: -20 ℃-50 ℃.
2. Air relative humidity of not more than 90%.
3. Use site altitude in accordance with GB755-2008.
4. Work environment has no flammable, explosive and corrosive gases. You should use explosion-proof or anti-corrosion products.
5. 50HZ, 380V three-phase AC power supply. (the company can provide different frequency, different voltage products).
6. Work: S1, S3-60%.
7. Outdoor rain and snow corrosion or corrosive gases and media should use anti-corrosion products.
